My dad, who prefers shaving before showering so that he can wash off the shaving cream in the shower, reports that the shaving system I recommended - Mach3 Power and Kiehl's Shave Cream (Blue Eagle) - works equally well before and after a shower. Conventional wisdom is that shaving after you shower is better since your skin and beard hair is softer, however it's good to know that if you want to buck the trend you have that option.
