Gillette v Remington
Day 3 of patent, copyright, and lawsuit week. In the left, wearing the green trunks, from Boston, a little battered but still sharp as a Mach3... Gillette! And in the right, in the red trunks, from Wisconsin, the challenger... Remington! Let the bout begin:
Gillette's court documents call Remington's Titanium Smart System dry shaver system, which was launched in October, "an unauthorized use of Braun's patented technology." Remington is a subsidiary of Madison, Wis.-based Rayovac Corp.
Oh sit! You hear that trash? Biotch, you got served.
I think these guys are in round 4 of 9. No news on a settlement yet. And by the way, that makes a third company which makes shaving products and batteries. What gives?
