Schick Quattro Power Commercial
ShavingStuff.com has received an advanced copy of a commercial for the as yet unlaunched Schick Quattro Power. The ad, which takes place in a generic office cube farm, features several women wearing neck braces and suffering from whiplash. Seems the Schick Quattro Power gives a man such a remarkably close shave that whenever he walks by, BAM! Hope they've got health insurance.
The ad is actually quite cute and could be somewhat memorable. Doesn't strike me as the ad to launch a new product with, but a solid second phase ad once the announcement has been made. No news yet on the actual launch date of the latest power razor, but we'll keep you posted as soon as we know.

I have nothing against Schick but there is something awful about this new quattro power razor. It is easily the poorest quality shave I have had in the last 18 years. The cartridges are about $3 each, and to show you how bad they are I actually had to use two of them just to get a shave with 1 day growth, and it was far from a clean shave. I noticed that the razor blade immediately clogs and doesnt rinse well at all. I cant beleive they didnt test this better I guranted I am not the only one who has had such a lousy experience with this terrible product.
The Quattro Power is a good razor. I have been using a Mach 3 for the last few years, and pickedup a Quattro Power to use for an advertising project. After using the product, I realized that it is much better than the Mach 3, and I will be switching brands. As far as the cleaning is concerned, I found it easy to clean as long as I did what the instructions said, which was the let the water pour over the top of the razor. I still have not tried the Mach 3 power, but I have heard that the power doesn't really do too much more, other than making the shave a little more fun.
