January Wrap-Up
Yet another big month for ShavingStuff, led by the release of the Gillette Fusion and Fusion Power. We've already had reader reviews from Terry of TADspot and Greg in Texas. ShavingStuff was featured prominently this month on Gizmodo in this article, and Greg was the target of their sarcasm. Oh Gizmodo writers, why must you be so mean? I defend you Greg. You had the guts and zeal to write in the first review of the Fusion. Bravo! Keep on shaving.
January was a great month for media exposure of ShavingStuff. Aside from being featured on Gizmodo we were named the Link of the Day by Adam Curry's Daily Source Code podcast. Listen for the metrosexual moments in show #321 from January 23rd. Thanks Adam! Means a lot to us, especially coming from you.
This past month we featured a review of Zia for Men, specifically their Skin Clearning Set ($19.95) which we highly endorse. All natural goodness with crazy ingredients leads to a great shave. Worth checking out. We also had the second part of our review of KENMEN products, which didn't score as well. Read the review and see if they're right for you.
Finally we started a new segment called Celebrity Facial Hair Fridays, where we take a look at how everyone's favorite Hollywood stars are sporting their whiskers. This month we featured Mel Gibson (shave it!), Pierce Bronsnan (shave it!), and Matthew Fox (save it!).
Coming up in February we've got the media launch of the Gillette Fusion. Watch for it during Super Bowl XL on Sunday February 5th. We'll have more readers reviews of the new Fusion, including our own ShavingStuff review of both the powered and unpowered versions. Have a great month!
