November Wrap-Up

Thanksgiving has come and gone (please tell me you saw the turkey beards), and that means we're in the home stretch for holiday shopping. ShavingStuff has put together some great ideas in our 2006 Holiday Gift Guide. Shaving kits, electric razors, accessories, even back and pubic shavers. We've got something for everyone. And if you don't find something there, check out the deals from websites like Buzz Skin, Skin Store and Men Essentials, ShavingCream.com, and the German site DerGepflegteMann.de.
Couple of products came in our doors - a|MEN|ity sent in a bunch from their recently re-launched line, and Details for Men sent in products by Nickel for us to try. In the review department we worked over the Perfect Shave by Anthony Logistics for Men. Some good stuff in that kit; some we were less than satisfied with. Currently in the ShavingStuff test bathroom are products from REN, also sent in by our friends at Details for Men. Look for that review soon.
We had three articles about Edge shaving products - product placement on the TSA website, a description of each ingredient from Wired, and a really great article by Laura Ries on the brand confusion created by Edge's new shaving cream line. That last one was of my favorites this month.
Finally, if you missed the Kent Waddington photo exhibit, definitely click on over and take a look. Great shaving photos for a great charity.
