November 2007 Wrap Up for Shaving Stuff
Can't believe we're about to enter the last month of the year. Is it really the end of November? Did we celebrate Thanksgiving already?
The holiday shopping season has officially begun, and with that tons of deals are springing up. If you missed some of the Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals, fear not. There are still great promotions going on, like this one from Details for Men. In the review department we checked out more Jack Black products, specifically Jack Black Beard Lube Conditioning Shave Cream (eh) and Jack Black Post Shave Cooling Gel (awesome). We had also a reader review of Pacific Shaving Oil (frisson). Finally we shaved with the Braun Pulsonic and reviewed it in three acts - the shave, mechanics, and cleaning. The Pulsonic is a winner.
Currently in use at the Shaving Stuff studios are products from L'Occitane. Expect a full review real soon. Also in the Shaving Stuff studios are new products from Mensgroom. Looking forward to trying those out.
Those wild and crazy mustache-growing guys are at it again in Chicago. Mustaches for Kids kicked off this month with the full shave down. Check in for regular updates and ridiculous facial hair.
On a green kick? Check out the Recycline Preserve razor, made from recycled Stonyfield yogurt cups. No wonder those razors have fruit on the bottom.
