Fog-Free Shaving Mirrors

Are you a shower multitasker? Do you brush your teeth and listen to the radio while you're shampooing and rinsing? If so, and you have a lot of light in your shower, perhaps you'd be interested in a fog-free shaving mirror.

ShavingDirect has a great selection of fog-free shaving mirrors. Some with suction cups. Some which clip on to your shower head. Some with magnification. Some with an iPod hookup. (Not kidding!) Some with a light.

While I haven't tested all these brands with lights, my general reaction has been disappointment. The lights on these mirrors tend to be battery-powered LEDs with underwhelming brightness. That's why I really only recommend shaving in the shower if you've got a lot of light already.

And if you do, get a mirror! Shaving in the shower is great. No need to worry about making a mess with shaving cream. Easy to rinse off after you are done. Just shave toward the end of your shower after your skin and whiskers have had a little time to soften. Then try to figure out what you're going to do with all that free time.
