Pacific Shaving Company - Affordable Natural Shaving Products
One of my favorite brands for shaving products is Pacific Shaving Company. The company's offerings are branded as "Good for the skin, good for the wallet, and good for the Earth", and I think they're great for just about everyone, even those who aren't so concerned with the 'green' or 'natural' aspects of personal care products.
We'd also like to announce the Pacific Shaving Company is giving away a $10 gift card for a lucky random winner to be picked from the comments on this post. If you win from the comments and also join their Facebook page they'll give you $20! Also for Shaving Stuff readers you can simply get free shipping until Father's day by using the code 'shavingstuff' at Pacific Shaving's checkout on their site.

All Natural Shaving Oil:
"I've been shaving for a while now with Pacific Shaving Oil and have been duly impressed. I had an underwhelming experience with a previous shaving oil, so going into this I wasn't sure what to expect, but this stuff is a winner. Great shave. Easy shave. Clean shave."
A reader review of the Pacific shaving oil:
"So the first thing I like about the palm oil is that it feels miraculous--you only need 8-10 drops (drops!) for a shave. You put them in your hands and rub onto your face--it feels like nothing--and yet your face is not raked into hamburger. I still get a charge from that. Plus eight drops per shave means that there are 400 shaves in a tiny 2 oz bottle--good for airports."
Pacific Shaving Cream:
"The Pacific Shaving Cream has a very light scent - almost scent-free, but with a hint of botanicals. I prefer that to a strong smelling cream, so that was a definite plus for me. Instead of using my fingers to apply it and lather my face, I used my shaving brush, and the lather was almost effortless. The company calls it a low-lather cream, but I found that to not be the case, at least with a brush."
The Nick Stick:
"Son of a b-&@%!!! Nothing like taking a slice out of your face at the worst possible time. Still reaching for toilet paper? Well now there's something better. It's the Nick Stick from Pacific Shaving Company."
Pacific Shaving Company Blade Oil:
"After each shave, I shook the razor dry and applied the Blade Oil to both sides of it and put it in the cabinet as usual. The applicator is like a big highlighter, so it's fast and easy to do, not messy at all.
A week went by, and then another. Tomorrow will be the 14th day on the same blade, and I haven't really noticed much of a dulling, so I'm going to keep going to see how long I can shave with it and still be comfortable. I'm sold."
I found the blade oil to triple the life of my blades:
"Using my Merkur Safety Razor, and applying Pacific Shaving Company's Blade Oil to it after each shave, I managed to get a total of 19 shaves on one double edged razor blade! That's 3 weeks of shaving (I skip a shave about once a week), which means that the Blade Oil tripled the life of the razor."

I am a long-time satisfied user of Pacific shaving oil. I've tried others, (King of Shaves), but keep coming back to this.
I use 12 drops/shave. 6 initially for a first pass, rinse, then 6 more for pass #2 (against the grain).
